Mahi mahi

Scientific name – Coryphaena hippurus

Mahi mahi raw flesh has Firm texture, light whitish pink in colour, sweetly moist with solid flake and moderate sweet flavour. Considered as extra lean fish and it is healthy as it is low fat.
