Yellowfin Tuna – Cubes

Scientific name – Thunnus albacares

Yellowfin tuna meat has a mild, meaty flavour and has large flakes. The meat is bright red in its raw state but turns brown to greyish-tan, firm and moist when cooked.

Tuna cubes are one to two centimeter small rectangular pieces cut from loins. These are suitable for Poke and Kebab. Will be vacuumed packed to hold the freshness and shelf life.
